Warranty Claim
At O2C Cycling, we stand by the quality of our products. All cycling products are backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt for
the original owner.
For purchases delivered within Europe, a 24-month warranty is provided in accordance with EU regulations.
Dial Fit System Guarantee
The O2C Cycling dials are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product on which they are integrated against manufacturing faults.
What Our Warranty Cover
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Crash damage.
- Neglect, misuse, or abuse of the product.
- Improper use, including: Incorrect heat molding (failure to follow instructions or overheating). Installation of non-O2C Cycling spare parts.
Warranty claims will be deemed ineligible if:
- The product was involved in a crash.
- Damage was caused by improper use or modification.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If You Purchased Through a Retailer
Please contact the retailer where the product was purchased — online or in-store — and follow their return or warranty process.
If you’re unable to reach the retailer, please contact your local O2C Cycling distributor. You can find distributor details at www.o2ccycling.com.
If You Purchased Directly from O2C Cycling
Please complete the warranty claim form below.
Ensure all required information is provided to avoid delays or rejection of your claim. Once submitted, a O2C Cycling representative will
respond within five working days.
Approved claims will be handled at O2C Cycling’s discretion with either repair or replacement of the item.
