Carbon triathlon shoes built for race day and every session before it

The O2C Vector RT2 brings our anatomical engineering to triathletes at every level, from first sprint to full Ironman distance. Shaped by O2C’s proprietary foot-mapping and biomechanical research, the RT2 combines a stiff 3K carbon sole, a breathable anatomical upper and a quick-release strap. The result is a triathlon cycling shoe that’s quick to get into, stable under power and comfortable for the whole bike leg.

Faster T1 and T2 transitions

In triathlon, time lost in transition is time you never get back. The RT2’s elasticated quick-release strap lets you slip in and out fast, whether you start with your shoes clipped to the pedals or put them on in the transition zone. On the bike, you can adjust it on the move with one hand, without breaking your aero position.

Direct power transfer from a Toray 3K carbon sole

The Toray 3K carbon-fibre sole gives you the stiffness to push hard on the bike leg while keeping enough balance for comfort over 90 km or 180 km. An ultra-low 3.2 mm stack height puts your foot closer to the pedal. That improves leverage, keeps the ankle stable and helps you hold a smooth, efficient pedal stroke deep into the race, leaving your legs fresher for the run.

Anatomical fit for long-course comfort

Most cycling shoes are built on a traditional last. The RT2 is shaped around how your foot actually works under load. The anatomically contoured ExoGrid upper and triple-density EVA insole support natural alignment, which reduces hot spots and pressure points on long rides. A strategically vented upper and anti-stretch liner help manage heat and sweat, so the RT2 stays comfortable in hot races and humid conditions.

Standard and wide fit triathlon shoes

Feet swell during long-course racing. The RT2 is available in both standard and wide fits, both true to size, so you can choose the shoe that matches your foot instead of putting up with one that doesn’t.

Who is the Vector RT2 for?

The RT2 is for triathletes and duathletes who want real race efficiency without paying flagship prices. It works for sprint and Olympic-distance racing, 70.3 and Ironman, and the hours of training that lead up to them.
